Alicia Molik - A great coach is "one that listens"
Emma Doyle interviews Alicia Molik at the US Open on this short episode of The Coaching Podcast. It is only 5 minutes and 30 seconds of great value, especially around the importance of 'listening' to help build problem-solving skills. Alicia and Emma played on the same pennant tennis team many years ago at Grace Park Tennis Club and they have remained friends ever since. Alicia is always kind, curious and fun (a champion person inside and out)! We hope you enjoy this episode on The Coaching Podcast.
